ixNest is a property technology platform operated by ixNest (UEN: 53326823X). ixNest is not a real estate agency and does not hold a CEA licence. We provide technology tools and marketplace infrastructure for property owners, buyers, and CEA-licensed agents in Singapore.
By creating an account or using the ixNest platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person may maintain only one account.
ixNest provides free tools including property listing, AI-assisted valuation estimates, transaction tracking, and document management. Optional professional services (e.g., photography, legal coordination, agent matching) are available at published fees.
AI-generated valuations are estimates only and should not be relied upon as formal appraisals. Always engage a licensed valuer for legally binding property valuations.
CEA-licensed agents may subscribe to ixNest's agent tools on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. We never take a percentage of agent commissions.
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, documents, listing descriptions). By uploading content, you grant ixNest a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform. You must not upload content that is misleading, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
You agree not to:
ixNest provides the platform “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of property data, valuations, or market information. We are not liable for any losses arising from transactions facilitated through the platform.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
